In late 2015, a growing tax services franchisor approached The Print Authority with a common challenge faced by emerging franchise systems: keeping marketing and operational materials organized across multiple locations.
As the franchise expanded, franchisees needed an easier way to order branded printed materials quickly and consistently. The existing process was becoming difficult to manage, especially as new products, promotions, and location-specific needs continued to develop.

The Print Authority Solution
After being awarded the project, The Print Authority developed a custom web-to-print portal tailored specifically to the franchisor’s needs. The portal gave franchisees a centralized, user-friendly system for ordering approved printed materials without the delays and confusion that often come with managing multiple vendors or outdated ordering systems.
As the franchise grew, so did the demands on the portal. New marketing products were added regularly, including posters, coupons, tear sheets, and door hangers designed to support local outreach and seasonal campaigns.
Because rapidly growing franchises are constantly evolving, The Print Authority continued refining and reorganizing the system over time. This included expanding the portal to support Spanish-language materials, helping franchisees better connect with the communities they serve.
