Meet Luanne, our Customer Service manager. Luanne is the smiling face you see when you walk in our front door, and likely the first person you will talk to on the phone! She has been a crucial part of The Print Authority team for 25 years (not a typo!) She spent the first 8 years as a press operator, and was so meticulous and tidy that she sometimes wore white outfits and never stained them. She has since transitioned into the Customer Service expert that she is today! Because of Luanne’s extensive background in printing, she makes ordering printing easy for our customers!

Luanne is a Nashville native. She has a son, Matt, and a granddaughter, Austine.
