Eric Blumenthal
Founder, President and Star Wars Fan Extraordinaire
Eric was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He is married to Tricia and is a proud father of three wonderful kids who are way too smart and funny for their own good – Sam, Emily and Stephanie.
Eric started this business after earning his JD from Harvard University. He brings this level of professionalism, integrity and intellect to our company. A company cannot succeed without a great leader, and Eric has been our fearless leader for 24 years. He ensures that we stay up to date on the latest software and technology and we ALWAYS HAVE FUN!

Steve hails from Buffalo Grove, IL where he gained over 15 years experience in the printing industry prior to moving to Nashville. He began working at The Print Authority as a Press Operator before becoming our incredibly efficient, hard working and deadline driven General Manager. Steve has two smart and beautiful daughters – Katie and Steffanie.

Luanne Burger
Customer Service Manager, Formerly Known as the World’s Cleanest, “White-Gloved” Press Operator
Meet Luanne, our Customer Service manager. Luanne is the smiling face you see when you walk in our front door, and likely the first person you will talk to on the phone! She has been a crucial part of our team at The Print Authority for 23 years (not a typo!) She spent the first 8 years as a press operator, and was so meticulous and tidy that she could have worn a white apron and never stained it. She has since transitioned into the Customer Service expert that she is today! Because of Luanne’s extensive background in printing, she makes ordering printing easy for our customers!
Luanne is a Nashville native. She has a son, Matt, and a granddaughter, Austine.
Experience: 29+ years in the printing industry, including 8 years as a press operator at The Print Authority.

Dianne Stripling
Art Director, Resident Computer Guru
Dianne began working at The Print Authority in June, 2000 as graphic designer and eventually art director. Originally from Huntsville, Alabama, Dianne has lived in Middle Tennessee since 1990. Dianne has been using Apple computers for over 25 years, is an avid music fan, and also enjoys natural living, cooking, reading, and relaxing with friends and family.
Highly experienced with industry standard design software and digital printing systems, Dianne is adept in the implementation and execution of creative solutions for customers’ print and web media strategies. Dianne serves as the network administrator for The Print Authority. She is instrumental in the deployment of computer technology, software and new equipment.

Experience: 20+ years in the graphic design & printing industry, 15+ years at The Print Authority.

Tiffany Rau
Senior Graphic Designer, Marketing Specialist & Animal Lover
Tiffany has been with The Print Authority for 9 years, as a Senior Graphic Designer, Marketing Specialist, and Account Executive. She has a BFA in Graphic Design and 16 years experience in the graphic arts industry including positions as a designer and print buyer for area Advertising Agencies. With her background, she is an excellent resource for our clients and is happy to help you find creative ways to save money and develop powerful print projects!
Tiffany’s nickname at the shop is “Snow White.” She loves animals and feeds the Brentwood birds (even the crows), chipmunks, and squirrels and talks about her dogs all day long. You may even spot her on the street corner with a Save the Dolphins sign. Not saying that it has ever “happened…“let’s just say it isn’t out of the realm of possibility. Tiffany and her husband, Joe, have 2 great danes named Kashka and Maddy and a doberman named Katana.

Brooke Parker
Graphic Design & Digital Production Specialist
Brooke is from the cornfields of Iowa, fresh out of design school, and new the farming lifestyle. She recently moved to beautiful Tennessee after graduating, married her military man, who had dreams of working the family farm. Now she is living the military/farmer’s wife lifestyle, in Columbia, TN.
If Brooke isn’t doing something creative you can find her feeding cows, bringing lunch to her farmer, or trying to burn off the pure energy in her blue heeler, Georgia, while her other, much older dog, Winnie, watches on with annoyance since she can’t sleep with all the commotion.

Katie Loveless
Account Executive & Master of Enthusiasm
Katie was born in the Windy City but has spent most of her life in Tennessee. She literally grew up in the print industry. Katie is not new to The Print Authority, we have counted on her enthusiasm as part of our on-call production and design team for years prior to her coming on board full-time. Her clients love her infectious enthusiasm and her commitment to giving the best service ever.
With her background, it’s no surprise she developed an interest in design and printing. In high school, she was introduced to graphics and studied it for all four years, and went on to earn her BS in Visual Communications at MTSU. Katie has a wide range of interests and when it comes to art, she loves photography, ceramics, painting, jewelry making, and just about anything you can think of.
Her most prized possession is her dachshund, Shotty. Shotty resembles a miniature cow and has the biggest heart ever (but the smallest legs.) She has a matching cat named Julia Roberts and they are all best friends.

Lead Press Operator and Perfectionist
Steve Dudek is The Print Authority’s Lead (Full-color) Offset Press Operator. Steve is from Chicago, where it seems they do everything right, such as deep dish pizzas and hot dogs! This must explain why Steve is such an expert at offset printing! Steve knows his Heidelberg® GTO inside and out and it purrs like a kitten and lays ink down like buttah!
Steve is committed to quality and you can see that not only is he technically gifted, but printing is also an art to him. Speaking of his creative side, Steve is a great guitar player and loves restoring classic cars.

Ricky Tomlin
Two Color Press Operator, aka “Git’r Done!”
Ricky is a Nashville native, and after living in the city most of his life, he now enjoys life in the suburbs! He is passionate about his health and always sees his glass “half full.”
Ricky began his career in printing early, in 1986, when he started his first job as a pressman. At The Print Authority, he runs spot color jobs, envelopes and labels. Ricky is dedicated to quality workmanship. He really likes his job and his co-workers, and is the one you will hear happily blasting his radio in the shop while his press is running!
